1. Website terms

• The content on tradietech.show, including text, logos, images and branding, is owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.

• You agree to use the site lawfully and not to disrupt it or misuse it.

• We provide the site "as is". We keep it accurate and available where we can, but we don't guarantee it will always be error-free or uninterrupted.

• The site may link to other websites. We're not responsible for their content or practices.

• To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site.

• We may update the site and these terms from time to time. The current version always lives on this page.

2. Event and ticket terms

• Applications: TradieTech27 is an application-only event. Submitting an application does not guarantee entry. We review applications and confirm places at our discretion.

• Tickets: Tickets are valid only for the person or business they're issued to unless we agree otherwise in writing.

• Refunds and transfers: Refund and transfer conditions will be set out at the time of purchase. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

• Changes to the event: We aim to deliver the event as advertised, but we may need to change the dates, venue, program, speakers or format. If we do, we'll let ticket holders know as soon as we can.

• Entry conditions: We may refuse entry or remove anyone behaving unlawfully, unsafely or in a way that disrupts the event or other attendees.

• Photography and filming: The event may be photographed or filmed. By attending, you consent to appearing in images and recordings we use to promote TradieTech27. Let our team know on the day if you'd prefer not to be filmed and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

• Your safety and belongings: You attend at your own risk and are responsible for your own belongings. To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for loss, damage or injury at the event, except where caused by our negligence.

3. Privacy

We respect your privacy and handle your personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles.

• What we collect: Usually your name, business name, email address and mobile number when you register interest, apply to attend, apply to speak, or enquire about sponsoring or partnering. If you email us, we keep that message.

• How we use it: To review applications, send you event updates you've asked for, respond to enquiries, and improve the event. We do not sell your personal information.

• Marketing: If you've registered interest, we may email you about TradieTech27. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out any time at hello@tradietech.show.

• Who we share it with: Only trusted service providers who help us run the event (website, forms, email, ticketing), and only so they can provide their service to us. Some may store data overseas, and where they do, we take reasonable steps to protect it.

• Cookies and analytics: Our site may use cookies and analytics to understand and improve how it's used. You can disable cookies in your browser, though some features may not work as well.

• Storage and security: We take reasonable steps to keep your information secure and to hold it only as long as we need it.

• Access and correction: You can ask to see or correct the information we hold about you by emailing hello@tradietech.show.
